All products are subject to availability. Due to the nature of the foodservice and commodity markets, product availability, pack sizes, and pricing may change without notice as a result of supplier shortages, import conditions, seasonality, transportation disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
While we make every effort to fulfill orders as placed, we do not guarantee the availability of any product at the time of order or delivery. We reserve the right to limit quantities, substitute comparable items, adjust pack sizes, or remove unavailable items from orders without prior notice.
Prices are subject to change at any time due to market conditions. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of invoicing.
We are not liable for delays, shortages, or inability to supply products resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

- Two food industry trade references
- Credit verification through a third-party agency
If trade references are unavailable, we offer a structured credit-building program.
Credit-Building Program
Designed for new businesses or those without established credit history:
- First 4 orders – prepaid
- Next 4 orders – Net 7
• Maximum credit limit: $10,000
Larger limits may be considered with a full credit review.
Sales Tax
Applicable GST/HST and provincial taxes are charged according to delivery location and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities.
